OneNect support
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This page explains how to get help with the OneNect app, for anyone using it, whether you use it for yourself or through an organisation.
Contact us
Email contact@technooptics.com and we will help.
Techno Optics LLC, trading as OneNect, builds and operates the app and handles support for the app itself.
We aim to reply within two business days. If your message reaches us outside business hours in the United States Central time zone, expect a reply on the next business day.
What to tell us
You do not need to know any of this to write to us, but including it usually means we can answer in one reply instead of three:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The screen or feature it happened on
- Your device and its operating system version, for example iPhone 15 running iOS 18, or Galaxy Z Fold5 running Android 15
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the More screen
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
A screenshot is worth a great deal, particularly for anything visual.
If you use OneNect through an organisation
For problems with the app, write to us at the address above.
For anything that is not the app itself, use the channels you already have. IT support requests, HR questions and workplace matters are raised through the support areas inside the app, which route to the teams inside your organisation who own them. Sending those to us adds a step rather than saving one.
The same applies to what your organisation holds about you. We run the app; your organisation decides what it asks of you, who inside it can see it, and how long it is kept. Questions about that belong to it, and the privacy policy explains the split.
If you are asking about the app itself
You are welcome to write to us about the app at any time, whether or not you have an account.
The app also has a "Talk to us" form. That reaches the people your organisation has chosen to answer questions of that kind, which is usually a better answer than we can give, because it reaches someone who knows the subject.
Accessibility
We want OneNect to be usable by everyone. If something in the app is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us, including what you use to access your device. We treat accessibility problems as faults in the app rather than as feature requests.
Your data and your privacy
Requests about your personal information, including access, correction and deletion, are covered in the privacy policy, which explains what we hold and how to ask.
Which of us answers depends on what you are asking about. Techno Optics LLC is the controller of your account, your sign in, the notifications sent to your device and the diagnostics we collect, and answers requests about those. Where you use OneNect through an organisation, that organisation is the controller of what it puts into its own OneNect and of the purposes it chooses there, and requests about that belong to it.

If you would rather simply email us about your data, use the address above and we will route it correctly. If it belongs to your organisation we will tell you within five working days who to ask, and pass your request on.
Reporting something urgent
OneNect carries safety alerts that an organisation sends to its members. If you are dealing with an emergency, contact your site's emergency contacts or your local emergency services first. This support address is not monitored continuously and is not a route to emergency help.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the app, please write to us at the address above with the detail, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
